  • Daniel Goldbloom is a partner at Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP. He defends criminal, regulatory and professional liability cases in Toronto and across Ontario.

    Daniel has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before numerous tribunals, including the Law Society Tribunal at the Law Society of Ontario,  Regulated Health Professions Act Tribunals, the Ontario College of Teachers Discipline Committee, and the University of Toronto’s University Tribunal. He has also acted as intervenor on behalf of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association of Ontario in significant criminal cases.

    Before founding Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP, Daniel practiced criminal, civil, and regulatory litigation at a pre-eminent national law firm and was lead counsel at Goldbloom Law.

    While studying law at the University of Toronto, Daniel received national and international recognition for advocacy and client counselling. Before law school, he served on the editorial board of the National Post.

  • Wayne Cunningham is a partner at Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP. He has a diverse practice, representing clients in criminal and regulatory trials and appeals. He has appeared in numerous tribunals and all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. 

    Wayne has routinely acted as an educator at various criminal law conferences and at the Ontario Police College. He also was co-counsel on the civilian review into the Halifax Encampment Clearings and has acted as counsel for a number of public interest organizations including, the Black Legal Action Centre and the HIV Legal Network. 

    Wayne serves on the Ontario Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section Executive and belongs to the Criminal Lawyers' Association of Ontario. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2011. Before founding Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP, Wayne was a partner at one of Canada’s leading criminal defence litigation firms.

  • Amanda Ross is a partner at Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP. Amanda’s practice focuses on criminal, constitutional, regulatory and professional discipline litigation at the trial and appellate levels. She has appeared before all levels of court, including at the Supreme Court of Canada.

    Amanda also acts as prosecution and appellate counsel for various professional regulatory bodies, and represents complainants and witnesses in privacy litigation. She has a particular interest in systemic and investigative work, and previously acted as counsel to the Honourable Gloria Epstein in relation to the Independent Civilian Review into Missing Person Investigations in Toronto.

    Amanda is a frequent speaker and educator on issues relating to criminal law. She is the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section and a founding member and Vice-President of Women in Canadian Criminal Defence.

    Amanda was called to the bar in Ontario in 2013. Before founding Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP, Amanda was a partner at one of Canada’s leading criminal defence litigation firms.

  • Alexa Klein defends criminal, regulatory and professional liability cases, working tirelessly to ensure the best outcome for her clients. She provides legal services in English and French.

    Before joining Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP, Alexa clerked for judges of the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and for a judge of the Court of Québec Criminal and Penal Division in Montreal. She also summered at the Ministry of the Attorney General Crown Law Office — Criminal, where she worked on high-profile criminal appeals to the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.

    While studying law at McGill University, Alexa assisted in investigating claims of wrongful conviction for the Innocence Project and served as a director of the Legal Information Clinic at McGill.

    Before law school, Alexa completed her undergraduate studies in History and Political Science with a minor in French Literature at the University of Toronto, where she graduated with High Distinction.
